Cheryl McCants, of Impact Consulting Enterprises, is a bilingual, award-winning professional with more than 25 years of frontline communication, media and crisis communication and strategic marketing experience. Ms. McCants has worked on integrated communication initiatives targeting all types of audiences, from customer-facing staff to C-suite executives, journalists to activists and more.

Ms. McCants led the Impact team as they developed and revised admissions materials for U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and she led the Impact team as they developed positioning language for Super Bowl XLVIII Media Day. This language was designed to identify pillars that would positively position the unique and unexpected entertainment, educational and cultural opportunities in the City of Newark, NJ.

Ms. McCants’ previous corporate roles include Global Corporate Responsibility Manager at Nike and Director of Communications for Nike’s Jordan Brand.
